Peria Goreng

Gara-gara terliur Peria Goreng di Shah Alam semasa kakliza ke rumah anakkakliza kerana jemputan demo masak di Ekspo Buku Islam 6 di Putrajaya baru-baru ini...
tapi kakliza lebih suka masak begini..



PERIA GORENG

Bahan A
1 biji peria
2 biji telur
3 sudu minyak masak
garam secukup rasa

Bahan B [Dikisar]
4 biji cili merah
1 labu bawang besar
3 ulas bawang putih

Cara Membuat

1. Peria bibelah dua dan buangkan biji didalamnya. Hiriskan sederhana tebal.
2. Panaskan minyak didalam kuali dan tumiskan bahan B yang telah dikisar dan garam sehingga wangi dan pecah minyak.
3. Masukkan peria dan telur. Biarkan sebentar suapaya telur agak kental.
4. Kacau perlahan-lahan supaya peria tersalut telur.
5. Hidangkan panas-panas dengan nasi putih.

Kak,

ada satu kedai halal chinese food @seremban2 masak dia guna telur masin.. cuma nampak oren2 jer.. tak tau ler dia pakai kuning jer atau semua.. tapi rasa dia memang sedap giler.. akak try ler.. hehe..
