Mee Sizzling



MEE SIZZLING

Bahan-Bahan:
500 gm mee kuning (dicelur)
100 gm daging ayam (dipotong kecil-kecil)
100 gm udang [buang kulit]
1 s/b lada hitam (tumbuk)
3 cm halia (diketuk)
3 ulas bawang putih (tumbuk])
300 gm sawi(dipotong)
100 gm kobis [potong kecil]
1 batang carrot [potong kecil]
4 s/b cili sos
5 s/b kicap manis
5 s/b sos tiram
2 cawan air
1 s/b tepung jagung
2 biji telur
Minyak secukupnya untuk menumis
cili merah atau ciliapi = bawang putih [tumbuk]
limau kasturi atau limau nipis

Cara:
1. Panaskan minyak dan tumiskan halia dan bawang putih sehingga wangi.
2. Masukkan ayam dan udang. Kacau rata.
3. Masukkan air, sos tiram, kicap dan cili sos. Biarkan mendideh.
4. Masukkan kobis dan carrot.
5. Masukkan bancuhan tepung jagung dan sawi.
6. Bila mendideh masukkan telur.
7. Biarkan masak tuangkan atas mee yang telah dicelur.
8. Hidangkan dengan cili merah atau ciliapi tumbuk + bawang putih dan jus limau.

Saya xleh tdo mlm nie,dr kul 1 td sampai kul 4 nie duk browsing resepi2 kak liza yg kak liza post kat forum cari and sembang melayu.com. memang best la. tgk gamba2 tu rasa nak wat.saya xreti masak,p bakat ada rasa2nya.
