Bahan A:
250 gm butter
150 gm gula perang [browm sugar]
3 biji telur
1 s/teh esen vanila
5 s/b madu
Bahan B [ayak]
225 gm tepung superfine
5 s/b susu tepung
1 s/teh baking powder
1 s/teh soda bikarbonat
1 s/k serbuk kayu manis
Bahan C [rendamkan selama 3 atau 4 jam]
100 g buah prune [cincang]
200 gm buah campur
1 cawan oren juice
hiasan
hirisan badam tau badam cincang
Cara:
1. Butter dan gula dipukul sehingga kembang.
2. Masukkan telur satu persatu dan esen vanila.
3. Masukkan bahan yg diayak [bahan B] dan buah campur [bahan C] berselang seli.
4. Masukkan madu dan kacau rata.
5. Masukkan dalam loyang yg telah dilapikkan kertas minyak atau loyang aluminium pakai buang bentuk 4segi.
7. Taburkan bahan hiasan.
7. Bakar adunan kek dalam oven yg telah dipanaskan 180'C selama 1 jam.
8. Sejukkan kek baru dipotong dan hidangkan
FRUIT CAKE
Ingredients A:
250 gm butter
150 gm browm sugar
3 eggs A
1 tsp vanilla essence
5 tbsp honey
Ingredients B [to be sieved]
225 gm superfine flour
5 tbsp milk powder
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp bicarbonate soda
1 tsp cinnamon powder
Ingredients C [soaked for 3 atau 4 hours]
100 gm prunes [chopped]
200 gm mixed fruits
1 cup orange juice
topping
almond flakes or chunky]
Method:
1. Mix well butter and sugar.
2. Add in eggs one by one and vanilla essence.
3. Add in Ingredients B and C alternately.
4. Add in honey and mix well.
5. Put into the gresed 8 x 8 x 3 inches mould or 4 x 8 x 3 inches mould.
6. Sprinkle the topping.
7. Bake in the pre-heat oven 180'C for 60 minutes.
8. Let the cake cool n serve.
