Kuih Bakar Berlauk

Teruja dengan kejelitaan dan nampak sedap kuih bakar daging kakjee atau Fauziah Samad, kakliza pun mengolah...mohon maaf jika kakliza durhaka...anyway terimakasih kerana bagi idea untuk kuih yang sedap dan senang ini...




KUIH BAKAR BERLAUK

Bahan A 
400 gram daging kisar [dilerai]
500 gram ubi kentang [dipotong dadu kecil]
1 batang lobak merah [dipotong dadu kecil]
1 labu bawang besar [dipotong dadu kecil]
2 sudu makan serbuk kari daging
1 pokok daun sup [diracik]
3 biji cili merah [dihiis]
1 cawan air
2 sudu besar minyak masak 
garam secukup rasa

Bahan B
3 cawan tepung gandum
1 1/2  cawan susu cair
4 cawan air
5 biji telur A
Sedikit garam
1/2 sudu kecil pewarna kuning
2 sudu besar minyak

Cara Membuat
1. Panaskan minyak dan tumiskan bawang besar sehingga wangi.
2. Masukkan daging kisar dan kacau rata,
3. Masukkan rempah kari dan sedikit air. Kacau rata sehingga naik minyak
4. Masukkan kentang, lobak merah.dan garam. Masakkan sehingga empuk dan pekat.
5. Bancuhkan semua bahan B kecuali minyak masak. Tapiskan.
6. Panaskan sedikit minyak dalam acuan kemboja dan tuangkan adunan agak separuh acuan.
7. Masukkan inti yang dimasak dan taburkan daun sup dan cili merah.
8. Masukkan acuan ke dalam pemanggang ajaib yang telah diletakkan jaring besi dan tutup.
9. Masakkan selama 20 minit.
10. Potong kecil dan hidangkan.
