Nasi Goreng Kerabu





NASI GORENG KERABU

Bahan

4 cawan nasi sejuk [peroikan]
1 keping ikan talang masin [hiris nipis]
3 s/b minyak
garam
salad hiasan
timun
keropok

Sayuran [hiris]
2 batang serai
6 tangkai daun kesum
5 tangkai daun selum
1 kuntum bunga kantan
5 tangkai kacang kelisa

Bahan tumbuk
10 tangkaiciliapi
3 ulas bawang merah
50 gm udang kering

Cara
1. Panaskan minyak. Gorengkan ikan masin. Ketepikan.
2. Tumiskan bahan tumbuk sehingga wangi.
3. Masukkan nasi dan kacau rata.
4. Tutup api dan masukkan ikan masin goreng tadi.
5. Masukkan bahan sayuran yg dihiriskan. rasakan garam/masin. Tambah garam jika perlu.
6. Hidangkan dengan salad


VEGETARIAN FRIED RICE

Ingredients

4 cups cold rice [mashed]
1 pc [100 gm]talang salted fish [cut into smal n thin slice]
3 tbsp oil for fryng
salt to taste
salad
cucumber
fish crackers

Vegetables [thin slice]
2 stalks lemongrass
6 stalks laksa leaves
5 stalks daun selum
1 pc torch ginger
5 stalks kacang kelisa

To Be Pounded
10 bird-eyes chilllies
3 clove shallots
50 gm dry prawn

Method
1. Heat oil. Add in talang salted fish.
2. Saute the pounded ingredients till fragrant.
3. Add in the cooled rice n stirr well.
4. Add in the salted fish.
5. Add in all the thin slice vegetables. Put salt to taste if needed.
6. Serve with salad, cucumber and fish crackers.
