Halba campur adalah terdiri daripada berbagai jenis rempah saperti jintan manis, jintan putih, halba dan biji sawi.
Kebiasaannya halba campur ini banyak digunakan untuk menumis masakan kari ikan selain dari daun kari untuk menambah wangi dalam masakan itu.
Boleh juga di guna kan semasa menumis asam pedas...besama daun kari sikit...wangi bai nya...
