Tat Keju Blueberry [Blueberry Cheese Tart]


Bahan
125 gm butter
125 gm majerin
100 gm gula halus
1 biji telur B
500 gm tepung gandum [ayakkan]

Filling
250 gm blueberry filling

Keju Kerim
250 gm keju kerim
50 gm butter
50 gm gula halus
[Pukul rata semua bahan]

Cara
1. Pukul butter, majerin dan gula sehingga kembang.
2. Masukkan telur dan kacau rata
3. Masukkan tepung sedikit demi sedikit dan kacau rata.
4. Pamkan adunan dalam acuan tat dan bakar dalam oven pasa suhu 170 selama 12 - 15 minit.
5. Kelaurkan tat dan masukkan blueberri filling dan keju kerim.
6. Bakar semula selama 5 minit lagi.
7. Angkat tat dan sejukkan.
8. Hidangkan.

Blueberry Cheese Tart

Ingredients
125 gm butter
125 gm margerine
100 gm castor sugar
1 egg [B]
500 gm flour [sieved]

Filling
250 gm blueberry filling

Cheese Cream
250 gm philidephia cheese cream
50 gm butter
50 gm castor sugar
[Beat well all the ingredients]

Method
1. Beat well butter, margerine and sugar.
2. Add in the egg and stir well.
3. Add in flour little by little.
4. Press into the tart mould and bake in the pre-heat oven at 170'C for 12 - 15 minutes.
5. Take out the tart nand scoop blueberry fillinf and cheese cream.
6. Bake another 5 minutes.
7. Keep cool and serve.
